Low Sodium Seasoned Potato Wedges

Summertime means a lot of time eating grilled food for me. I love a good hamburger from the grill. And these easy potatoes make an excellent side dish.


A simple, but flavorful spice mix that really kick these potatoes up a notch!


Serves 4 at about 20mg per serving.



Ingredients

  • 3 medium baking potatoes, washed dried and cut into wedges.

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp sugar

  • ¼ tsp ground mustard

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Place potatoes skin side down and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle spice mix over the top.

  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes until fork tender.
