Reduced Sodium Whipped Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This dip has a big, bold flavor. It is perfect for dipping veggies or pita, topped on pasta or as a sauce in a wrap. It's simple ingredients make it quick to whip up last minute for a party.

150mg per 3 tablespoon serving


4 oz feta cheese

1 15oz can of no salt added garbanzo beans, rinsed

1 cup jarred roasted red peppers, rinsed and patted dry

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp pepper


Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and whirl.
