This soup is awesome! I don't have to think about anything. I add about 4 cups sodium free chicken broth, 2 shredded chicken breast and simmer for 30 minutes.
Their nutrition label does say there's a lot of sodium in the prepared soup, but that all comes from the broth and salsa. So if you use a low sodium or sodium free chicken broth and no salt added rotel, then you can recalculate using the dry mix nutrition. Just don't forget to add in the chicken breast to the calculations.
